Monday through Friday: 9:00 — 6:30 p.m.
-Execpt for major hoiidays.

IN-LAB SERVICE TIMES

(orders received after 2:00 a.m. are considered next day's work)

Our goal is to always provide the quickest possible turnaround time possible. Orders submitted through Workstream DS are usually done the same day or next day.

Large orders may require extra time, depending on the workload. Please call 513 829 3154 or 800 840 0158.

The Darkroom is always willing to work with customers who have specific deadlines.

RUSH SERVICE

Rush service is always available at no cost. Just let us know when you need it.

INSTRUCTIONS

Workstream DS is by far the best way to get your order back exactly the way you want it.

But if you prefer to use our upload manager, bring us a cd, jump drive, or even your camera card, complete instructions help us process your work exactly as you want it. Please do not hesitate to discuss your instructions with us, especially if they are unusual or complex.

If you have a few extra guide prints of color and density that you are extremely happy with, please allow us to keep them on file so that we can use them to analyze and print your orders. Although we strive to ensure the best quality for our customers, sometimes it is not possible to exactly match prints. The Darkroom does not guarantee precise matches on prints from other photo labs.

 


ACCOUNTS/COPYRIGHT/LIABILITY

TERMS

Payment (cash, check, VISA or Mastercard) is due when completed work is picked up or ready for shipment, except for customers with established accounts. Negatives sent for prints should be placed in individual glassines, and-instructions should be clearly indicated. The Darkroom is not responsible for re-makes in cases where instructions are unclear.

All services and prices are subject to change without notice.

ACCOUNTS

We are always happy to set up accounts for customers who regularly do business with The Darkroom. Account requests must be accompanied by credit information including a credit card number along with expiration date. Account invoices are mailed on the first of the month and payments are due by the 12th of each month. If payment is received after the 25th, it is considered past due and a 1.5 percent finance charge will be applied to the account balance. All delinquent accounts must be COD or paid for upon pick-up.

TAXES

Ohio residents are subject to state sales tax unless exempt. Tax exempt customers must submit a tax exempt form.

COPYRIGHTS

The Darkroom does not work with copyrighted prints.

LIABILITY

The Darkroom takes the utmost care in the handling of each order submitted. Our reputation rests on our ability to satisfy you, our customer. However, submitting any film, print, slide or negative for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or loss caused by The Darkroom or its agents will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing.
